Story:

Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal's "Satyagraha" released today. Prakash Jha is the director of the movie.

Coming to the story Amitabh Bachchan (Dwarka Anand) is really a upon the market school teacher that has strong moral values and staunchly opposes all of the evil forces within the society. Manav (Ajay Devgn), who's a detailed friend of Dwarka’ boy Akhilesh, wants to really make it large in the realm of business. Akhilesh, who's married to Sumitra (Amrita Rao), regrettably dies within an accident. Minister Balram Singh (Manoj Bajpai) announces compensation to become compensated to Sumitra with this dying and despite repeated attempts from Dwarka, this amount isn't compensated to Sumitra. Eventually, Dwarka will get involved with an enormous argument inside a government office and eventually ends up slapping an arrogant official which results in his jail time. A noticeably upset Manav begins an offer to free Dwarka as well as for this he makes use of the social networking, ropes in aspirant politician Arjun Singh (Arjun Rampal) in addition to journalist Yasmin(Kareena Kapoor) in to the movement. As time passes, the movement is positively based on different students, hungry workers in addition to angry middle-class people who sympathise using the cause. For the complete movie you must watch the movie on big screen...

Analysis:

Coming to analysis of the movie Satyagraha is certainly not really a follow up to Prakash’s earlier film ‘Raajneeti’. The most powerful part concerning the film may be the means by so it produces an awakening against corruption and showcases the energy from the youth and also the social networking within this cause. It's a call that was necessary for public of the nation from the prevailing political crimes, ripoffs, corruption and greedy netas. Visiting performances, not surprisingly each character with confidence carries the film in their own individual style. Amitabh Bachchan is his usual self together with his stirring performance while Ajay Devgn is convincing like a youthful guy combating political fraud. Kareena Kapoor is very credible in her own character and Amrita Rao looks apt on her role.

Special mention about Manoj Bajpayee who steals the show because the corrupt minister. Not surprisingly, his dialogue delivery, expressions and timing is ideal and adds lots of weight towards the film. As the first half is about the protagonists march perfectly into a movement, the other half produces awareness concerning the various ways by which the society could be transformed right into a better place. While Satyagraha is really a film that's needed within the occasions we live, the film isn't a genre that is required through the public.

In Satyagraha, one cannot expect any entertainment quotient aside from Manoj Bajpai who adds in some humor inside a couple of moments. Arjun Rampal is not given enough scope to showcase his talent. Also, the closeness proven between Ajay and Kareena might have easily been edited out of the plot. The strangest area of the film happens when Kareena, who plays a journalist, is permitted to sign up in all of the private political conferences and take part in the making decisions. The climax from the film isn't sufficient and it has been extended unnecessarily.

Performances:

Coming to the performances Satyagraha rests around the able shoulders of Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn, and both stars deliver effectively despite the fact that Bachchan’s Dwarka Anand looks and sounds cannily like the partially namesake teacher Prabhakar Anand from Jha’s Aarakshan. Manoj Bajpayee stands out because the smirking, cunning and irrevocably corrupt minister who sees politics as business. Kareena Kapoor Khan is almost creditable being an all pervading journalist except when she’s giving intense expressions when hit by water cannons. Amrita Rao and Arjun Rampal nick in well for his or her parts. Rest of the supporting cast also done justice to their respective roles.

Technicalities:

Prakash Jha furthers his very common problem and that he still shies from creating a infamously compelling point. From the confident filmmaker like him, who endeavors into dangerous terrains of bold cinema which are social commentaries, his figures have grown to be stereotypical - a vertical guy of values, a youthful counterview of the identical (a consumerist within this situation)  along with a turbulent plan of products! Still the philosophical dilemma is gripping in parts, mostly within the film’s other half. The outcome from the effective moments are rather ephemeral along with a very couple of moments have the ability to touch you. The scene where Dwarkanath stops working in the place where his boy died is pristinely shot, but sadly Jha provides for us these overwhelming tinges in rarity this time around. The script is shackled and also the editing is shadily done as the film
trends in a tiresome 150 minutes plus show. The background music is mediocre and absolutely nothing except ‘Raghupati Raghav’ provides you with goosebumps.Production values are also too good. Movie is technically sound.

Final Word: Satyagraha is one of the best movies now a days. It is definitely worthy watch for everyone.
